Requirements before registering:

• Only for Smart, Talk ‘N Text, Sun and PLDT numbers.
• Mobile number needs to be already registered on the GigaLife app since this service requires login password for the API to bypass the registration.
• Must have load at least ₱100 for UNLIDATA99 and ₱300 for UNLIDATA299.
• Make sure your registered mobile number is a solo account, not just linked to other registered ones.
• No UNLIDATA promo should be currently active on your account, wait for it to expire before registering or renewing.

How to use?
  1. Enter your mobile number at the input box, must start with “0” or like on the placeholder format shown.
  2. Enter the GigaLife password that you’ve used to register on the app, make sure it’s correct to prevent error code “Password and mobile number do not match”. If you’ve entered the wrong password 3 times, you’ll need to wait 10 minutes to login again.
  3. Pick a promo: if your load is above 99, choose “Unli Data 99” (7 days). If load is above 299, choose “Unli Data 299” (30 days). Make sure your load balance is enough to your chosen promo.
  4. Now click the “Register” button.

Note: Registering 2 times or more to extend its validity is not allowed.

List of error codes

• Insufficient balance You do not have enough load balance to subscribe to this promo. Load now and try again!
  ⤷ Self-explanatory. Need ₱99 for Unli Data 99 and ₱299 for Unli Data 299.

• This is a one-time offer Sorry, your transaction cannot be processed.
  ⤷ You still have an active UNLIDATA promo. Check Usage on the GigaLife app to see expiration date and time.

• This number has not been registered with us. Would you like to Sign Up now?
  ⤷ Means your mobile number isn’t registered on the app. Download below and register using it:

 



 

• Password and mobile number do not match.
  ⤷ Wrong mobile number or password.

• Too many login attempts. Please try again in 10 minutes.
  ⤷ You’ve entered the wrong mobile number or password 3 times already.

• Unauthorized Access
